1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of Clynalia (clynalia.com). By using the service, you agree to them.
2. What Clynalia is
Clynalia is a SaaS platform for storing and managing clinical records.
It is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations, and it is not a medical device. Clinical decisions are yours.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information.
- Keep your credentials safe and control who you grant access to.
- Have a lawful basis to record your patients' data, and obtain their consent where required.
4. Acceptable use
- Use Clynalia only for legitimate clinical record-keeping.
- Do not upload data you have no right to process.
- Comply with applicable healthcare and data protection law.
5. Data processing
A Data Processing Agreement governs all patient data and prevails over these terms on that subject. You remain the controller of your patients' data.
6. Payments
Free and paid plans are available. Paid plans are billed monthly per practitioner. You can cancel at any time.
7. Data on termination
You will have an export window before any deletion. We will state exactly what is deleted and when.

8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
