What happens to my data if I leave?

You export everything, in an open format, at any time. Clinical records are yours — leaving Clynalia does not mean losing them.

Can I move my existing records in?

Yes. You upload your patient list as a CSV — the export every spreadsheet can produce — and choose which column is which before confirming. Whatever is on paper gets added as you go: the old file does not get in the way of the new one.

Does Clynalia handle appointments?

No, and that is deliberate. Clynalia is the clinical record. Keeping the scope tight is what makes it fast to use.

Who can see the clinical notes?

Only the roles you allow. Reception staff can register patients and handle invoices without access to clinical content, and every access to a record is logged.

Do invoices comply with Spain's VeriFactu rules?

Yes. Every issued invoice generates its billing record with a chained hash and its QR code under Order HAC/1177/2024, and your clinic's station submits it to the tax agency, retrying if the network is down. Submitting is voluntary during 2026; the mandate arrives in 2027, and you'll arrive with everything already running.
